buckingham arms development

Buckingham Arms Development is a mixed-use project in Walkerville, SA, featuring residential apartments, commercial tenancies, and adaptive reuse of the heritage-listed Buckingham Arms Hotel. WEBBER’s scope covers architectural services from design development through to tender documentation.

I currently lead the internal built package, overseeing the documentation of the project’s core structural and spatial components. I supervise other junior graduates contributing to the package—providing guidance, reviewing outputs, and ensuring consistency and quality. As model manager, I also maintain the Archicad model’s structure and coordinate across disciplines.

While my Project Director handles direct communication with SMFA (Design Architect) and other consultants, I support internal coordination and translate direction into clear deliverables that reflect project design intent and technical standards. This role continues to grow my leadership experience and BIM expertise within multidisciplinary project teams.
