CHATSWOOD CHASE - VICINITY SHOPPING CENTRE
At WEBBER Australia, I contributed to the Chatswood Chase Shopping Centre Redevelopment—a major commercial project in Sydney—throughout all project phases, from design development and tender documentation to construction documentation and as-built services.
I led the Leasing/Tenancy package with a small team of graduates, assisting the client, Vicinity Centres, in tenancy/leasing designs and delivering a comprehensive set of Leasing/Tenancy Plans. In parallel, I was actively involved in the base-build construction documentation, ensuring consistency between tenancy requirements and the overall construction program. In achieving these goals, I managed BIM workflows in Archicad and advised on architectural decisions—ensuring compliance with the NCC, BCA, and Australian Standards, while also maintaining and enhancing the project's design intents. I also worked closely with consultants and subcontractors to coordinate services and uphold architectural quality and buildability. This process ensured design consistency, technical accuracy, and a smooth project delivery. The experience strengthened my capabilities in BIM-based delivery, regulatory compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination within complex, large-scale commercial environments.
